Who Am I?
I am a Master of Science in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering graduate from New York University Tandon School of Engineering. I have completed Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai, India. Currently I am working as a Product Engineer for the Residential products at Tesla, Inc. in Palo Alto, California. Prior to that I was working as a Expert Engineer at Teoresi, Inc. in Troy, Michigan. There, I was also working as Electrified Powertrain Testing and Validation Engineer with Stellantis Automobile. I also interned as Robotics Software Engineer at DEKA Research and Development Corp.'s Autonomous Robotics department in Manchester, New Hampshire. I was also trusted with the position of a Graduate Research Assistant at AI4CE (Automation and Intelligence for Civil Engineering) Lab at NYU Tandon School of Engineering under the guidance of Prof. Chen Feng. My project was based on Collaborative embodied agents benchmark development by conducting real-world experiment by building hardware and deploying the 'DeepExplorer', the autonomous visual-exploration framework by Sensor Fusion and System Integration. I love challenges and posses a problem-solving mindset to apply innovative ideas. Adding to that, I am a former professional National level Badminton player from India and currently represent NYU at various Badminton tournaments.
